Terms & Conditions I understand that any recent sun exposure—including natural sunlight, tanning beds, or UV lamps—may cause my skin to peel sooner than expected, leading to premature fading of my spray tan, and I understand that 911 Glow is not responsible for this outcome. I understand that any recent sun exposure—including sunburn or recovery from sunburn—can cause premature peeling or fading, so it is not recommended to receive a spray tan under those conditions. I understand that wearing deodorant, lotion, perfume, or makeup will create a barrier and may result in an uneven tan or white spots; therefore, I will arrive with clean, product-free skin. I understand that thoroughly exfoliating before each session (and avoiding oil-based scrubs, AHAs, or mineral oils) will improve my results. I understand that I should avoid activities that cause perspiration until after my first shower. I understand that a spray tan typically lasts 5–10 days, depending on my skin type and after-care; moisturizing and avoiding long hot showers, baths, hot tubs, salt water, and chlorinated pools will extend its life. I understand that certain medications (e.g., birth-control pills, hormone replacements, antibiotics) or individual skin chemistry may affect color development, and some people may not tan as expected. I understand that after tanning I should avoid tight clothing, excessive sweating, leather seats, and showering before the recommended rinse time; some fabrics may stain, so I will use caution. I understand that all ingredients in the solution are generally recognized as safe, but allergic reactions are possible; if irritation occurs, I will rinse immediately and seek medical advice if needed. I understand the recommended timing for exfoliating, shaving, showering (24 hrs prior), waxing (2 days prior), and laser hair removal (2 weeks prior or 5 days after). I understand that spray-tan products do not contain sunscreen and do not protect against UV exposure. I understand it is my responsibility to inform my technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or prior adverse reactions to self-tanning products or moisturizers. I understand that all spray-tan services are final sale; 911 Glow does not offer refunds or partial credits under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with color outcome, premature fading, or skin reactions. I have read this consent form in full and confirm that I am unaware of any medical condition, allergy, or other reason that would prevent me from safely receiving a sunless tan. I have received adequate instructions, understand the risks involved, and choose to proceed at my own risk. In consideration of the services provided by 911 Glow, I hereby waive, release, and hold harmless 911 Glow, and their owners and operators from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to my spray-tanning session.
